Every Saturday from 13:00 to 15:30, the Sound Pairing experience elevates the moment, combining live music with the island’s most authentic flavours.

To complete your visit, the El Aljibe del Obispo restaurant offers a menu that celebrates local produce and traditional Canarian cuisine. And on Sundays, don’t miss our brunch, a delicious way to savour the island slowly—in good company and with the freshest local ingredients.

We grow fruits, vegetables, and greens using traditional methods, treating each plant as part of a respectful natural cycle. We raise our own goats, sheep, and cows in a healthy environment, where animal welfare is our top priority. Everything we do is guided by sustainability at the core of our philosophy.

At Finca de Uga, we craft artisanal cheeses using the milk from our own goats, sheep, and cows—always with natural techniques and small-scale production. Our cheeses, such as Don Nicolás (awarded Best Cheese in Spain 2024), Bodega Oveja, and Pimentón-rubbed, have been recognised at the World Cheese Awards, reflecting the care and dedication we put into every step.
