Chef’s Table is a unique dining experience held every Saturday, featuring a menu that changes monthly—a dynamic, oceanfront culinary journey rooted in local origins.
We select a specific product from our island to serve as the centerpiece of the menu. From there, we craft each course, exploring diverse shapes, textures, and nuances.
This menu pays tribute to the Canarian flavors of Finca de Uga, celebrating its products, recipes, and culinary landscapes.
It is a concept that highlights the richness of the island’s produce through ingredients and preparations that define our identity
